YES Containers is a nationwide shipping container sales company with depot locations across 40+ U.S. states. We sell new and used 20ft and 40ft shipping containers — standard, high cube, double door, and specialty units — directly to homeowners, contractors, businesses, farmers, and developers. Our customers count on us for transparent pricing, reliable delivery, and straightforward service from first quote to final placement.

The Role

This is a fully remote, independent contractor (1099) position. As an Independent Sales Agent, you represent YES Containers to prospective buyers, manage your own lead generation and customer communication, and earn commission on every completed sale. There are no territory restrictions, no office requirements, and no fixed hours — you work when and how it suits you.

This role suits people who are comfortable working autonomously, motivated by performance-based income, and interested in a product with consistent, year-round demand across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.

What You Will Be Doing

Generating leads through your own network, advertising, or outreach channels
Responding to inbound inquiries and guiding prospective buyers through the purchase process
Providing quotes, answering product and delivery questions, and closing sales
Coordinating with the YES Containers team on order fulfillment and delivery logistics
Building repeat business and referral relationships within your market

Compensation

This is a commission-only position. Agents earn 30% of the profit on every completed order. There is no cap on earnings — what you put in is what you get out.

Part-time agents typically earn several hundred dollars per month depending on volume
Full-time agents with consistent lead flow can earn several thousand dollars per month
Commission is paid on profit, not gross revenue — so your incentives are aligned with ours
1099 independent contractor classification — you manage your own taxes and schedule

Who We Are Looking For

Self-starters who do not need daily supervision to stay productive
People with existing networks in construction, real estate, agriculture, logistics, or small business
Individuals comfortable managing their own advertising, social media, or outreach
Strong communicators who can build trust quickly with buyers making a considered purchase
Prior sales experience is an advantage but not a requirement — full product training is provided online
